For this purpose a secure website provides a certificate that was granted by a certificate authority (CA). Since these certificates cost money, this site uses a certificate that was created by Orca Software itself rather than by a known CA. Your browser will complain about this. However, since this site does not host your bank details, it's quite safe to trust Orca Software as a CA.
